big bore opinions

I had an alba 686 rhino with 11:1 comp alba bored carb head/intake port job k&n kit dynatek cdi brp elec fuel pump alba cam and exhaust     and it was a great machine james helped my dial in torque and I tell u what she was quick and very reliable I beat the crap out of it with no issues.

if yall don't mind how much money do ya`s have tied up in your motors? I want to build mine and I am trying to figure out how big I can go and what its gonna cost me. the extra weight of the family cage , back seat and 2 kids really took some power. Im not worried about doing 70mph. I want low and mid range power. I like mud , hills , rocks and just cruising down the trail. oh and I will be using stock exhaust with the weld ground down.

a 106mm bore on a 660 set of cases?....how did you do that?? that would be the thinnest case tops and sleave I have ever seen....are you sure you didn't mean you have a 6mm stroker with a 105mm bore?
