| Im going to be doing a big bore kit on my 660 an I was just curious what kinda tools I will need other then regular ones like anything special??? An any tips on making it easy to do? | |

| read about it a few times before you do it. take your time and do it right the first time. might need bearing puller for wrist pin. torque wrench, assembly lube and loctite. adhere to break-in recommendations of manufacturer. have fun and take pride in your accomplishment | |

| get / borrow if u can a ring compressor made for bikes it will be two parts so u can get it off when cylinder is on piston , have all your torque specs maybe stud kit ( bolts will stretch ) you can get a shop manual that will have all needed info in it , get a 700 chain tensioner , assembly lube , an before you start to assemble clean clean clean it when you think its clean do it one more time, big mistake some make is not getting it truly clean , also pay close attention to cam timing its got a few people on the timing get all marks lined up..... take your time an double check every thing | |
