Kinda Long.
first. right above the post / reply box where You type in You message, click on the button that says "host an image".
then click "choose file". select Your pic and click open. then click "host it"
give it a minute.. then You have 3 options. the bottom one is the url. press copy. that will highlight it. right click on the highlighted url link. then click on the "image" button on the right side of the "host image " button and paste the URL.

Hit preview and see if it works

To store your image off site, you can do it this way. You can then use the same image at any other site as well.

The image service that I use is http://imageshack.us/. You will want to sign up with them and register to get the service. It is free. I have probably hundreds of images stored there from over the years. They are all still there.

An example, the internet URL of my sample picture is: https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img69/1235/whatweightlimit0ve.jpg. You hit enter to create a new line in your post, then mouseclick on the Image Icon (picture frame with green thing in it), paste the URL in the box and hit OK. You get the following line without the ****'s:
[****img] https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img69/1235/whatweightlimit0ve.jpg [/img****]

After you submit your post, this is what you get:

BTW, your pix URL needs to be between the bracketed img 'code flags' to display within the posting frame. As it is, you need to click on the URL and the pix displays in a new window.
