you may have a compression or carb issue if you cant get full speed
Compression 175. Carb cleaned and adjusted. Going to try the camplate next. Maybe the carb needs to be rejetted?

I thought I should update this thread. New camplate went in with no change so I ordered a Dynojet kit. After Dynojet I reached 74 kms(46mph) on flat ground. Not bad I think as I am at 3500 ft. Next I ordered a better fuel pump from Alba. Installed it yesterday and still got 74kms(46mph) I plan on fine tuning the carb next although I don't expect I will see any more top end due to my elevation. It sure does get up and go now though.

I can get up to 55 mph and I ride at 9,200 ft. 660, Dynatec CDI, JBS Sheave, Orange spring, frictionless washers, 700 camplate and OD weights
