help adjusting the gear select shifter

My rhino has always been very precise on the L-H-N-R. it was very easy to put it into any spot. But past couple rides it has been pretty finicky about finding the gears and staying there. especially finding neutral.  I thought I saw how to adjust that linkage somewhere earlier, looked and couldn't find it.  Could someone help me out on this please. sucks when your dropping down a canyon wall and it kicks out of low range half way down:|

Sound like the detent is worn or damaged. To adjust the linkage loosen the rod ends remove one end and place the shifter in neutral, adjust the ends so that they line up as good as you can and then put it back together.
