| Servicing unit and went to local Yamaha dealer to get the grease for in it and they recommended useing a dry lube not the grease... will that be okay ...also on sheave is it supposed to be beveled out by the seal | |

| They are incorrect. Use Yamalube ultramatic grease.
Not sure where you're talking about beveled by the seal. More info. | |

| Where it goes onto the shaft where belt rides on bottom by shaft it tapers out ..using this as an example but in ( J ) its straight then goes out just not a Sharpe hook like the letter J | |

| Okay thanks all pictures are on phone now and can't upload from mobile version... be nice though.... working out of town this week will upload to computer this weekend and get em uploaded....wanna get infi cause leankng towards jbs sheave and don't wanna tear it down twice... lol | |

| Ultramatic is the best for your clutch, primary or secondary just make sure your careful with the amount on places where it may fly and get on the belt or machined sheave surface, make sure you plate and O ring is still on the primary sheave. | |

| Probably from lack of service and dirt getting in there cause that's where the spacer shaft goes | |

| The shaft is round. No square. Looks like some sorta washer. Something is not right there. | |

| Don't remember removing anything square I'll look at the shaft for damage....not worries about cam plate it needs replaced whicj I thought just wasn't sure...I'll snap some more pictures when I get a chance ... thanks for help guys new to the utility side......if was banshee or warrior I'd be golden....lol | |
