Short version:

Sept 22 paid for 2 BNIB rear axles complete. He came off as a vendor. After receiving the invoice paid him within 5 minutes through Paypal. Was supposed to ship in 1-2 days. "In Stock".

After 10 days still no axles or tracking number, no replies to texts or PMs on RF. Then I get a reply stating "sent you a tracking number" this was in the public forum. I asked repeatedly that he simply resend the tracking info. Got nothing. Then the excuses started flowing, Family Emergence, Supplier sent him incorrect axles.

At 25 days still nothing I finally informed him both publicly and privately I was going to file a police report with his city on day 30.

On day 30 I received  "axles" that were shipped on day 29. Luckily I have video cameras all over my property so I have video of UPS delivering them and setting by my door. I return home and find them but due to lack of trust and the "supplier sent me incorrect parts" excuse I immedietly Google and call MTA 9Distributor) and Interparts (MFG) of the Slasher axles. MTA confirmed will not work on 05, Interparts confirmed not mfg'd for 05 Rhino and they do not make any for 05 Rhino.

Contacted seller and informed him and gave him both POC's and tel numbers. He contacted MTA and asked them "if Gorillas would interchange"? They told him "Yes Gorillas interchange but Slasher will not". He hung up on the POC and then told me he contacted them and they told him they would fit. Of course I had to contact MTA again and thats when they told me he hung up on them and didnt want to hear the reason why they wouldnt work on my Rhino. They are made for only 06-07.

 After him trying to bash me I told him we were done talking and I was gonna file a Police Report in which I did. The Police Officer even called him as he indicated on the public forum. He also agreed to handle my return and refund "speedily". At that time I also filed a PP dispute and claim.

 He then sent me an invoice stating he was going to charge me a restocking fee of 20% and of my $449.54 he was going to refund me $320. I didnt like the verbage on the invoice and asked him to correct it. He never replied to that text and in the meantime Paypal was able to contact MTA and Interparts and issued me a full refund and it was deposited into my account.

 I then returned his parts USPS, Tracking Signature Required and Insured.

 There is a lot more of his deception that was posted publicly and there is one other member here in this Forum that is also experiencing the same problem with him.

 You'd have to visit the other site to read the 4 pages of lies and deception to get the full story.

 Police Report has been forwarded to the Detectives and as of today is pending case assignment.

 Folks, I cant make this stuff up! It's all in black and white.

I have been scammed, don't send money orders of any kind with any company. If you cannot see it in person be extra careful.
