New Yamaha SxS Every Year???

Anybody think that there is truth to the rumor that Yamaha will bring out a new sxs every year for 5 years?

It said new models not SXS's the best I remember!!

we can hope... if something doesn't come out before long im prolly gunna be riding in a popo as bad as I hate too

For the next five years they say.Yamaha has made it clear, their master plan is to introduce a new UTV every year for the next 5 years!

lets hope the Viking was not the best they have coming

That's what my dealer told me when I got my 2012.  5 new utvs coming in the next five years.  Also heard some type of sport model coming in December.  We will see.

I was reading a review on the Viking the other day and the guy writing it was talking about doing a performance build on one and then made the comment that they weren't going to because they know what Yamaha has in the works for it's next release.  They are normally a pretty reputable source.

Can't wait to behind the curtain!

I heard something terrible last week.  I heard that the next release was going to be a smaller utility on the rhino frame not called a rhino and having the fuel injected 550 motor in it.

The 550 better have 50hp +, no excuses everyone else does. Patience is running thin Yamaha.

Interesting ! There is a Rhino clone that has been out for a couple years that has a fuel injected 500 or 550 in it.

Yamaha has two new inline engines for 2014 that would fit a sporty side x side 700 inline two,800 inline three just need to put together.

If they don't come out with something with 75+CHP they are dead in the water esp if the suspension isn't there

Even if it takes another 5 years before I see anything that runs with a Maverick or something that's fine with me. l'll enjoy my ol' reliable tank of a Rhino until Yamaha kicks something out that I like. It will take a lot before I buy another brand after the experiences that I had.

I always thought a 550 Rhino would come out when they dropped the 450. Seemed like a good fit to me?

A new new Rhino 550 with about 50 hp, with a wider stance probably would have sold. And fix the noise,quiet it down..
