Manufacturer defect in new tire.

I ordered new rims and tires and 1 tire has a defect in bead. leaked air bad. I dismounted tire and that's what I found. There is 6 grooves like that total, but only 1 all the across bead area. I called atvoutfitters, Matthew had me send a pic of it. He contacted ITP. I got a phone call later that day, new tire is on the way. Plus he told me I could try and fix it to run them till the new one showed up. And I'll get a return ups label for shipping this one back. How's that for customer service. Almost as good as JBS.

Atv outfitters are great to deal with..thats where i got my wheels and tires...good people!!! and great prices.

Got my new tire yesterday. Got it mounted to day. Looks good and holds air. Thanks to Matt at atvoutfitters. Delivered just as promised. These guys are great.
