| With this setup, my oil capacity increased from the 2.25 quarts to 4.5 qts. I can change the filter assembly and increase it to 5.5 qts.
The coolant capacity has also been increased from .5 gallons to 1 gallon.
I believe more is better, especially with how hard I run mine.

The fittings and hoses are AN 8 from Fragola. I welded an adapters onto the cooler lines under the air filter. The factory flair fits perfect with the AN adapter bung. No restriction at all. Each stainless braided hose is about 5 ft long. http://fragolaperformancesystems.com/

| I'm trying to post more pics but having trouble!
You can see the temp sensor for the gauge, it's looking towards the pass side. Next to it looking up is the temp sensor that controls the fan to the cooler.

| That looks nice and gives me an idea. What do you think about using a trans cooler for a larger oil cooler ? I have the old cooling fan off my grizzly that I can use too. I need to clean out the oil cooler since the wet clutch went and it looks like I got crap in the oil. | |

I need to clean out the oil cooler since the wet clutch went and it looks like I got crap in the oil. I also run a filter magnet to aid in capturing any particles. It's to bad these arent dry sumped. Not a fan of wet clutch sharing the engine oil!

| Thanks, I have a Maier hood scoop that feeds air to it. The fan has a switch that is thermostatically controlled. It doesn't run much at speed. The cooler came from Summit and is a Derale Atomic cooler. 2 years and 2500 miles and no issues! | |
