Rhino stressing

im stressing this new rhino, i ended up knowing the original owner of this beast and well this rhino seized with mods but stock bore and they went with the bigbore kit head port etc and the 2nd owner had issues in this motor to where the oil pump chain broke and head gasket blew etc...... now i own it but EVERYTHING is almost brand new bein built into this motor so now im stressing its a lemon

make sure the oil cooler comes off and gets cleaned real good..the lines too..metal gets in it and when you start your new motor the damage begins..

Ill have to do that. Any special tips and help for cleaning it out??

Now they just called the drive gear is destroyed as well

bolts came loose prolly ..see it all the time...we loctite them too

Okay cool.. I wanted to replace the reverse gear but I'd need it asap and funds are low for this build wife already wants to kill me lol. I had them replace the pin

You should change it. Mine not only had the clip slide off & lose reverse but it was beginning to gald the bushing & shaft. The new gear also has a roller bearing incorporated into the design.

yeh true there.... i just found out my drive gear was worn out too so thats all ordered now and on its was too lol
