you order has been 10 days just like i tell everybody when they order from me.7-10...most of it you got that i had in stock..one part wrong but i have the one you need and this is how you respond to me....your order date was 4-5-13......and it is shipping tomorrow...it came in friday.....i saved you the trouble....and i was in contact with you friday????wth

Be patient James isn't going to do you wrong. It took 2 1/2 weeks for my parts to come in, but ill still order all my parts from him no matter how long it takes. Being able to call and talked to James instead of 10 different secretarys is worth alot to me. Just be patient

X2 on the personalized service from the JBS Camp!!!! I've had nothing but AAA service from JBS. Sometimes shit happens, just pickup the phone and ask questions before you start making demands. That's 45% the problem with this country, while 55% carry the load the other 45% set on their asses and bitch.

I am probably the most impatient on the planet....and i just ordered some stuff from James on Friday. I would LOVE to get it in time for a ride i have planned this weekend. But if i dont it wont kill me.

James this is a hint! LOL. Just messing with ya...if you dont get it to me i will still be your friend...just not as good of one Rolling Eyes

In all seriousness I put an order in with James about 2-3 weeks ago and I got everything i ordered within a week. No complaints at all fast shipping and great products. I have never had to call him with questions and i hope i never have to but i know he will be a great asset (not ass hat) if I ever have any questions for him.

Here's what everybody has to understand. In any business, there are mistakes made, it's how quickly and efficiently those mistakes are fixed is the measure of a business.
Unless you can claim to be PERFECT, don't jump down someones throat when a mistake is made.
Like previous posters have pointed out, the deals and customer service JBS offers is awesome! James will make it right.
Take this into consideration when doing business. Just my 2cents.

The more i think about this, the more FIRED up I get. And this is just my opinion !!!

First of all, You can get any part James has for less $ from Him than ANY other place !

Secondly, He ships cheaper than anyone with NO hidden fee !

Thirdly, He knows what the hell He is talking about when You call Him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it took Him a month to send me something ( and I'm impatient ) it would still be worth it !!!

His advice alone has saved me hundreds if not thousands by now !!

When a Guy bends over backwards to help me out and does not charge an extra dime, That has got to be worth something.................PRICELESS in my book !!!!!

I tried calling James everyday last week, couldn't get a hold of him, he called me back Friday, made time for me, we talked for 15 minutes. My point is this...he was busy all week, but he didn't forget about me!!!!
Heck, I've learned more about my Rhino from James than anyone else, and I've never met him face to face!! Lol Great guy, great service!

P.S. Can't beat Miss Nikki either!

Let's face it, the world has changed (love or hate it). It is fast paced, on time, and me first attitudes. You can not make everyone happy as stated above. The FREE knowledge and real world experience on this site should count for something, right? It's tough and a double edged sword, tell the selfish customer to f off (probably lose bussiness and more through word of mouth, FB, or youtube) or be as polite as possible, bite your tongue, try to explain just what happened. I think being very clear upfront on the process is key and if you say 7-10 days (normally, but chit happens out of your control sometimes) then it will be 7-10 days. Yea, I want my parts yesterday (as most would), but let's face it, it doesn't always work out and if someone doesn't understand, then it actually their problem, not the seller. Just my 2 cents, and yea I will still order my parts from JBS when that time comes (in dog house now just for buying normal tune up items, LOL) and if I get them in 2 days or 12 days I will be happy. Hell, I feel like I know some of you guys already and never met you before. Oh yea, it sure has been a Monday, all day long! Hope tomorrow is better.

What you are sayin is true....but...he threatend James , that if his shit wasn't there...he was gonna post it for everyone to "see"...first off , If any of y'all know James... you don't threaten him , second of all...that is pretty FUCKING CHICKEN SHIT as far as I am concerned !!!
