| The quality of this video sucks but heres the after video of the first startup... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFqJ4LJmgLA&feature=share&list=UUS7W416BMQznkIJ4Ltx_tEA Im gunna slap some new wheel bearings in the rear and put everything back together and as soon as i have time start tuning it... its really rich at idle right now like in the 10s and i gave it alittle more than 25% throttle so the main jet would kick in and then its in the 11s so i definetly need to step down a size or two on my jetting and get it tuned right... Im excited to get to drive it again here soon | |

| Hope so... heres the specs of everything Alba 686 cylinder 11to1 cp piston alba ported head stock valves w/ dual valve springs and ported intake mudbuster cam I was told between the stage 1 and 2 welded decomp pins billet middle drive plate weller hotrods +4 crank welder weller high flow fuel kit (pump, clear lines, high volume filter) Added 6g of lead to wet clutch JBS sheave, Orange spring, anti friction washers, and 14g weights MSD programmable mapped by Nate at alba Dragonfire hard mount with uni filter (not sure if im gunna run the lid or not) not sure if i left anything out but i hope it gives it a good kick in the pants. The stock motor wouldnt have lasted much longer. The rod bearing was shot and you can tell it definetly had been hot do to the coloring on the crank. I cant wait to start tuning it and get it ready to go and cleaned up. I didnt clean it before i started the tear down and its been sitting in a warehouse for months getting covered with dust and now has a fresh coat of pollen on it. Im also replacing all wheel bearings (some had slack others didnt) cleaning and greasing up all suspension components. Added Black rhinos rear diff support. Added summers bros 300m rear axles too. I hope shes gunna be ready to ride for the summer | |

| Just for my curiosity what made you go with that cam ? Did you look at any of the web cams. Not saying it was the wrong choice cause trust me I don't know just trying to learn a little bit. | |

| I didnt really pick it i just aquired it so i used it... if i feel like i want more after i get it tuned and everything i may swap... I bought the head cam and everything together used so i figured i would use it. We will see how it runs. With everything ive done its gotta be better than a stock motor. It would run 54 before. I dont really care if it picks up much speed i just wanna go from 0-40 fast | |

With those mods you may hit 60. Did you install the 700 cam tensioner?

I dont like to keep it wound out for long periods of time .. pretty sure thats what done my old rod in

I like that kinda thinkin!! We trick ourselves into thinking we're not spending a lot of money on our bikes, until we sit down and realize, we could have bought a new truck with the amount we've spent over the years!

| I know that feeling for sure I can't Stand to even look at the receipts when I purchase something for the rhino or have work done to it I get sick at my stomach. But modding this thangs is almost A addiction. I went riding last weekend with a knew Mavrik and a built polaris razor and drove or rode in both and got back in mine and told the wife they are nice but I still wouldn't give my rhino up for either one. | |

| Got it mostly back together and got to drive it alittle today. I like the new engine and once the tuning is on I think shes gunna run pretty decent .. already more power than it ever though about before. The weighted wet clutch is nice as well it pulls a lot better
Ive opened it up alittle a few times bu not being too ruff on her yet since I need to work on the tuning and its a fresh motor...
I need to pull the gas tank and clean it out . Its got some trash in it and will stop up the pickup tube a problem ive had for a while
