| put a piece of metal in there to make it good and solid. You can also plastic weld the floor board back into place. | |

| I took a piece of 1/8 in uhmw plastic riveted back together underneath so the floor looks like its never been broken after a little black plastic epoxy on the top.
Then I put the fender guards on as to prevent future breaks and stuff having a chance to spear me. I hit a metal t post that was most of the way laid over in tall grass. It hit the guards bounced up and came through where the seam is from the dash and floor on the driver side. but got whoa'd up before it got to me. | |

| I got a cheap plastic weld tool from Harbor Freight, did good job of making the floor solid. Then put the checker plate floorboards. That's a good looking ride you got though 40 - 50 for new one may be worth it. | |

| This past Saturday at a local rock crawler hill climb one of the guys I've rode with in the past had a terrible accident. While riding his Razor a stick/branch punctured thru his floor board, enter his mid-thighs and exited his outer hip. The branch was trimmed off but left in his leg. He was transported via life flight helicopter to Lexington hospital where the branch was surgically removed. He is still in the hospital but is expected to make a full recovery. Very very lucky. I will be ordering the external floor guards for my Rhino. | |
