- apparently you didnt price a Harley. and I don't care what you ride I wave to everyone. but check out the retail value on a 5 year old Harley and a non Harley. in the long run they hold their value. that being said, I bought my first Harley in 1971. it was a 1970 sportster with a hardtail welded on. it may have been the worst piece of crap I ever owned. I tell all these RUB's ( Rich Urban Bikers )that I rode Harleys when saddle bags were called tool bags. 1965 my grandpa bought me my first bike, a 50 cc Honda. then I got a 1966 CL 160. when I turned 16 my mom and dad thought I shouldn't ride a bike on the road so yes..............yes...................they bought me a 1965 GTO. (that will keep me safe). anyways guys, it doesn't matter what you ride on 2 wheels, we all put up with the asshole on 4 wheels that could care less if the run us over. but if any RUB is on here, please remember "$20,000.00 and a T-shirt don't make you a f*ckin biker". with luv, Unkle Davey.
You tellum Dave !!!...damn...you are fuckin old !!... ...Like Denny said , if you havta explain it , they won't understand !! I've had my 'glide doin triple didgits ; but , that's not what I bought it for ! When I first got it , I was all "into" addding on the go fast goodies...now, anytime I get to thinking I need to add some more hp to mine , I hop on my 'ole mans 88 inch...whenever I get back and ride my 96 , ALL the hp I need !! I'm all into setting the cruise around 75ish , crankin up the fm ; and , takin in all the sights Lmao. Old ??????? 62 is the new 42 Rock on baby. | |

| ^^ I won't even pick up one of those catalogs these days !! The "chrome-addiction" , is as bad , if not worse than the rhino...I'm leaning more towards worse !! H-D , stands for hundred dollars ...the aftermarket accesories are cheaper ; but , I don't think their quality is as good . | |

| Tony, That's one fine car!! I always dreamed of having one of the old Corvettes. I was always torn between the old style front end and the new that came out in 63. As a kid, I would watch Route 66 just to see the car. | |
