I do too...after back-and-forth arguing w/Toad about it on rf ...I called up Muzzy...they told me to mail them the cans , and they would fix them at no cost (other than shipping out there)...If I went that route...I would be down a min of 2wks...I asked the guy if this was a common problem ; and , he told me no...wtf ???? Gonna fix them myself , and figure a way to mount the rear in rubber , to keep it from breaking out again.

| I love my ron woods exhaust Its a 3 piece design head pipe mid pipe and muffler,2 joints in the system between the pieces and 3 springs in each joints to allow for flexing, muffler uses the OE mounts which are rubber mounted. | |

| I'll have to get pictures up soon but my passenger side pipe was loose in the can and it was a lot louder. this was only after 150 to 200 miles after install. pissed to say the least. but I started looking into it and saw that the pipe wasn't bent correctly and actually went so far into the muffler that the belled out part was completely inside the muffler so the band clamp wasn't getting a solid bite on the pipe. called up muzzys told them my problem. they told me I should have noticed that first off before I ran it. I responded that I just wanted to get it fixed I'd pay whatever I needed too.
So I sent the pipe in they looked at it called me back and said it fit in the jig perfectly and there was nothing wrong with the pipe. after some discussion and about 5 seconds of slightly heated discussion I got my point across. I felt bad about it, but I installed it perfect to instructions and the only way I could get a solid clamp on the pipe was to move that muffler out over 1" 1/2 out from the rear frame. so they were going to scratch their heads and think about it.
got a call back said they bent a pipe exactly to yamaha's specs and sent it out to me. fit PERFECT!!! I was real happy except for the rhino being down for 2 weeks. also they didn't need to make the pipe for free of charge but they did. I did pay for shipping but it was a couple weeks and 24 bucks well spent.
Over all I was super pleased with muzzys and the way they handled it, but I got to thinking that if the pipe that didn't fit was perfect in their jigs then there could be a lot more out there that are loose like mine WAS. might be something for people with loose pipes to check. will load pics soon.
