If you do, make the diff mounting tabs like the CRB, NOT like the UTV inc ones. I've seen those sheer off!

| I have a piece of angle iron I was going to use for the part on the frame, but the square tube for the hitch goes all the way through the frame, sticking out about a quarter inch on the back side. If I use angle (for the part that bolts to the frame), It will have to be like 2.5 or 3in to go over where the hitch comes through. Best I can tell from the pics, the factory ones are a straight piece of steele with just a little angle on them. What do You guys think ? | |

| You could just notch out the angle iron, then fab up the 2 pieces that bolt to the dif and weld them on. | |

| I made two separate braces out of billet aluminum. A little cutting, shaping and bending then drilling through the hitch cross brace to bolt it up solid! Had to use 3 washers as shims to get the proper clearance on the right hand brace. Redneck ingenuity! [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] | |

| I seen that red one but it only connects on one side and was thinking the diff might still twist.
I ended up ordering one from BRP. Expensive, but I will have some "peace of mind" that the diff will not move. It looks just like the one in the pic above.

| I did some searching around and made a few calls and wanted to pass on some info. I got ahold of Angela at CRB Alumifab about the rear diff brace they sell. She said their website is down and can't accept orders from it. She took my order over the phone. She also said their bracket can be ordered through black rhino performance because CRB makes the braces for brp. CRB sells the brace for $45 plus $10 for shipping. | |
