| This is the back horizontal tube that the rear diff mounts came off of.There's no saving that. Lol It's a crap pic but that a big hole broke out of it. This is a pic of the tabs before I lined everything up.The were ground to fit in the factory horrizontal tube before I cut it out. All clean up and ready for new. | |

| this is the plate I cut and dimpled to go across the top. It's made to increase the surface area of weld so that it's spreads the load over the entire mount. I tacked it all together then made sure I could still get the diff out and welded the plate across the top. all painted and ready for assembly and yes the exhaust comes in and out of it still. Lol That was another thing I checked before I pored the coals to it and made it all permanent. That may all be overkill but he won't have to check them all the time with that setup. | |

| Oh,I think I'm going to work on a A arm tower brace for the rear before I finish it up.Those I'll make some up and shelf them. It's dumb I haven't done it yet.I may use his for mach up for a "weld in" boxed set up for in between the towers.Mine are bent to hell on my 08.Better use a straight one then beat mine till they fit sorta thing.lol | |

| Jason, i'm curious as to how you make and why you use dimples. They look really cool, but i don't know their function... Do you use a press and a die? Does it add flex or strengthen the metal? Forgive my ignorance, i have no experience in these matters | |

| I've got dies that do it in a press.if the holes are staggered right when you use them they make thin steel quite a bit stronger and yes they look cool. Lol | |
