it started burning oil last fall bad enough to foul plugs. this is after i bored the cylinder installed new piston and rings. thats why i tore into the engine. after tearing into it discovered that my new rod is way sloppy on my crank pin so i have to split the cases again. | |

| I got it on the bench. Got the primary sheave off but I can't get the secondary off. Tried it with an impact forward and reverse. It is sitting with wd40 on it now. Done enough for one day. I think it is counterclockwise... Right? Damn already stuck ...LOL | |

| Ok Thanks. I gotta get a 22m impact socket. I only had a regular socket & it was starting to look like a bell at the end. | |

| Just got mine all back together form doing the reverse gear. In a way it was a blessing because I had 2 bolts floating around in there. The had backed out from the final gear drive. The 3rd one was half way out and the 4th one was finger tight. May want to check them when it is apart. Loctite EVERYTHING. Man that was a job and a half. | |
